Reasons to report a user
The user has posted suspicious advertisements containing apparently deceptive or false information;
He opposes letting you meet the animals of their ads;
He has scammed you out of money or has committed a crime against you (in which case you should also report it to your local police authority).
Ways to report a user
There are three different ways to report a user:
Report you by submitting a ticket to our support channel, using this link , selecting "Report Advertisement or Advertiser" as the reason for contacting us.
Report user via chat: Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the chat window, then click "Report this user" (see image below). After that, a pop-up window will appear asking you to fill in the details why you want to report the user.
Report the user via your user profile. For the ad you want, click on the advertiser's profile name or profile picture to go to their profile page. Then, click "Report User" (see image below). After that, a pop-up window will appear asking you to fill in the details why you want to report the user.
